About our Executive Director:

In the spring of 1998, Ben Snyder graduated from Goshen College with a BA in History and Secondary Education. From there, he taught junior high and high school at Clinton Christian School from 1998-2007. His courses as an educator included social studies and Bible, among others. It was in these years that Ben began to grow deeper in faith and biblical knowledge of deliverance.

After marrying in 1999, Ben and his wife, Angela, were soon connected to Dean Hochstetler.  Working in deliverance for 40 years, Dean was ordained by the Indiana-Michigan Conference of the Mennonite Church.  Under his watchful mentoring and training, Ben and Angela were eventually led to begin meeting with people for deliverance ministry in 2005.  In October 2006, Dean passed on the “mantle of Elijah” for ministry to them, just weeks before his death.  At the end of the school year in 2007, Ben began working full time in ministry, and has been doing so ever since.

About our Director of Inner Healing:

Paul Morales graduated from Grace College with a Master’s Degree in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling in 2015. Since then, he has worked exclusively in the non-profit sector, including designing the self-sufficiency program that Fellowship Missions Homeless Shelter in Warsaw has used for the last ten years. He also holds a BA in Communications, also from Grace College.

Paul’s work and training in deliverance began in 2017 when his own ministry, Not Easily Broken Missions, came under fire from a local coven. At the recommendation of an elder of his church, Paul and his wife, Carly, sought out the instruction of Ben and he began to train them in spiritual warfare. Over the next several years, Paul and Carly incorporated Ben’s teachings into their own work with NEB. When NEB closed down during COVID in the fall of 2020, Paul took his skills in counseling and deliverance elsewhere, all the while maintaining contact and training with Ben. He eventually formally joined Life of Freedom’s staff in August 2024.
